  15. Steve Brecher brings up a good point about GetMenu, but doesn't go far enough.
  16. You should NEVER call GetMenu more than once, under any circumstances.  After
  17. it has been called the first time, you should always use GetMHandle.  See the
  18. warning on p. 352 of Volume I.
